Large and flexible machine pool
Our expansive CNC machine pool includes milling, turning and type turning machines and is geared towards the production of complex, high-precision formed parts. Thanks to the high level of automation, we guarantee sufficient flexibility for your orders, from the prototype to series production.
We can machine parts up to the following maximum dimensions:
- Milling: up to 800 x 800 x 1200 mm
- Turning: up to Diameter 360 mm
- Type turning: up to Diameter 32 mm
- up to 800 x 800 x 1200 mm - 5 axes
- up to 20 x 1150 x 1500 mm - 3 axes
- off the rack: up to diameter 42 mm
- short turning: up to diameter 42 mm
- long turning: up to diameter 32 mm
Verified and documented quality
Complex, high-precision finished parts require a high standard of testing processes and test equipment. Our qualified team of staff as well as monitoring and regular calibration of measuring equipment lay the foundations which ensure that we live up to this standard. The test results from our production processes are recorded in a suitable documentation process. We use a wide array of testing equipment and 3D measurement machines in an air-conditioned environment.
